If you've lost power, first work out where the problem lies. If the whole street is without power too, the issue is on the network and you should call Fluvius on 078 35 35 00. If the power cut is only affecting you, I'll come round. If in doubt, feel free to call.

Before any work begins, you'll be told what the repair will cost, so you're never faced with a surprise on the invoice. The wiring is tidied away neatly and the consumer unit is given clearly labelled circuits, so you can see for yourself which circuit belongs to which room.
